250 – “Oil and Gas and Sulphur Operations
in the Outer Continental Shelf – Safety and Environmental Management
Systems; Final Rule.” – Rule becomes effective on
November 15, 2010, with a SEMS Program in effect by November 15,
2011. The first Performance
Measures Data (Form MMS-131) is due on March 31, 2011. This applies “to all OCS oil and
gas and sulphur operations and the
facilities under BOEMRE jurisdiction including drilling, production,
construction, well workover, well
completion, well servicing, and DOI pipeline activities.”
